2026-2027 School Calendar

This new school calendar was approved on March 4, 2026. The only thing that is subject to change is we may not have a Back to School Night on September 3rd. It is TBD.

As an innovation school we adjust the traditional DPS calendar in a few ways per our innovation plan to provide additional green days for planning. As an IB school our teachers create their own units and those additional days support this important work. We aligned with the majority of the DPS dates but please use our calendar as there are a few dates that differ from DPS.

If you’d like to add your school-wide or grade-wide event to the calendar please email us the details.

You may also add this calendar to your own google calendar!

If you use gmail for email, you can click the +Google Calendar icon at the bottom right corner. This will add it to your Google calendar.

Want to add this our school’s calendar to your own calendar?

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. On the left, next to “Other calendars,” click Add Add other calendarsand thenSubscribe to calendar
  3. Enter the calendar’s email address: communications@swigertpta.com
  4. Click enter. The calendar appears on the left, under “Other calendars” and you can customize the color and format to your liking.
