Eva Galang

I have been part of the Swigert community as a paraprofessional since 2019. Currently,  I work collaboratively with the Special Education team, and support classroom teachers as needed.

I was born and raised in Toronto (Canada), where I earned a BA in Psychology, and BEd in Primary-Junior Education. I taught for 4 years (Kindergarten and Grade 2) prior to moving to the US in 2009. Upon moving to Denver, I worked as an ECE/5th grade para, and instructor for an after-school literacy program for ELL students in DPS.

My husband and I have two boys. As a family, we enjoy exploring Colorado, and other states, plus traveling internationally. I love spending time with family and friends, crafting and baking/cooking/eating a variety of diverse foods.
