As we gear up and prepare for the solar eclipse tomorrow we wanted to share a few details. Swigert would like all students to have the opportunity to experience this important event and we know it’s important be as safe as possible
We will be going outside as a school community between 12:35-12:50 for peak viewing. All students will have special glasses to wear when they look up at the eclipse. We will be outside on the field and playground, if you have glasses and are able to join outside during that time you are welcome.
We will have indoor lunch recess during the eclipse viewing time 11:45-1:35 out of an abundance of caution and monitoring for glass wearing.
