Hello, Swigert community! My name is Erica Ueda, and it is my pleasure to be joining the Swigert community this coming school year in the ECE classroom! After working four years in the sports medicine world I decided it was time for a change, and am happy to have completed my teaching residency and begin this incredible career path in the classroom with the youngest learners. I have a strong passion for teaching and I am so excited to connect with not only my students, but as many students at Swigert as I can. When not in the classroom you can find me camping in the mountains, baking, or playing pickleball with my husband, Cory. We have two dogs, a pet chameleon, and are both Colorado natives. I am looking forward to this school year, and can’t wait to meet everyone!
