I am so excited to dive into another year here at Swigert as assistant principal. This will be my second year at Swigert, and I absolutely love being a part of this amazing community. I transitioned here from McAuliffe International School, where I was a 6th grade language arts teacher for eight years prior to becoming an administrator. Before my stint in middle school, I was an elementary teacher, teaching everything from 2nd – 6th grade for eleven years. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming (Go Pokes!) and my master’s degree from Walden University. I am passionate about education and helping all children reach their potential. I live in the Lowry neighborhood with my wife Amy and our twin boys Hudson and Levi (5th grade). When I’m not working, I love to camp, hike, bike, cook and spend time with family and friends.
